Project requests

Submitting a request is an invitation to discuss a project. Work begins only after scope, price, delivery arrangements, and any payment requirements are agreed separately in writing. Hosting fees, licenses, maintenance, and support are included only where expressly stated in that agreement.

Your account

Provide accurate contact information, use a unique password, and keep access private. You must be authorized to provide project materials and request work on the systems involved. Do not submit malicious content, unauthorized access requests, or material that infringes others' rights.

Delivery and support

Deliverables, review periods, ownership and licensing, cancellation, refunds, and support coverage are defined in the project agreement. The website does not promise immediate replies, round-the-clock support, or a fixed uptime guarantee.
