Fujinex uses the information you provide to manage your account, discuss projects, and handle support. Contact admin@fujinex.com with privacy questions.

Information collected

Accounts contain your display name, email, a password hash, registration and verification dates, an optional profile photo, and your appearance preference. Project requests and tickets contain the details and messages you submit. Administrative changes are recorded. Short-lived records derived from your network address and email help limit abuse. Hosting providers may also keep access and security logs.

How it is used

Information is used for account access, verification and password-reset emails, project administration, support notifications, and security. This website uses a session cookie for sign-in, selected project service, and form protection. For signed-in users, appearance settings are saved to the account; visitor theme choices are stored in the browser. It does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Access and service providers

Authorized Fujinex administration can access customer records. Profile photos are served only to the signed-in account owner. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Do not submit credentials or sensitive financial information through project requests or tickets.

Your requests

You can email admin@fujinex.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Identity may need to be verified. Some records may need to be retained for an active engagement, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
